Most withdrawals are paid within a minute of you asking. Every month from October 2025 to October 2026, at least 93% of paid withdrawals went out within 60 seconds. The typical (median) wait was 1.3 to 3.3 seconds a month, and 2.8 seconds in October 2026.
What this doesn't cover: withdrawals held for verification or security checks can take longer. Once we've paid, how fast the money reaches you depends on your bank and payment method (card or bank transfer).

More than 280 of our reviewers say they get lots of free bets and promotions. We looked at all 3,678 reviews left for Stakemate on the App Store, Google Play and Trustpilot between 27 October 2025 and 26 October 2026.
Over 280 of those reviews say the reviewer gets lots of, regular or frequent free bets, bonuses or promotions. Examples include "loads of free bets", "free bets every week" and "very generous with free bets". We found them by keyword, then checked each one by hand.

Between July and September 2026, 38% of respondents who recognised Stakemate when shown our name agreed that Stakemate "has great promotional offers". This covers our offers in general, across free bets, free spins and other promotions.

Of all customers who deposited and played in every week from 21 September to 18 October 2026. Of those, 80.7% were given at least one free bet or free spins between 28 September and 25 October 2026. That counts every free bet and free spins reward credited to an account, including offers we send, Daily Prize Draw prizes and points rewards.

Half the customers we asked said they've switched to Stakemate from their old betting apps. On 29 and 30 October 2026, we asked 1,000 Stakemate customers: "Are you still using your old betting apps?" 332 responded, and 162 (50%) said they had switched to Stakemate from their old betting app.
