How it works
Invite friends with your unique link. When a referred friend places a £10 or more bet at decimal odds of 2.0 or more and the bet settles, you both get a free £5 bet. Cashed out bets don’t count toward qualification. New customers only.

Stakemate Daily Prize Draw Game:
1.1.1. The Daily Prize Draw is completely free to enter. No stake or payment of any kind is required or permitted to participate. However, Customers must have made at least one deposit to their Account at any point in their lifetime in order to be eligible.
1.1.2. Each day, one Daily Prize Draw (the "Draw") is made available to each eligible Customer at the time communicated to you by email and within the Stakemate app. The Draw resets daily and any Pack not opened before the next reset will expire unclaimed.
1.1.3. To participate, the Customer opens their Draw on the Stakemate app. They are then presented with a number of prize cards face down. The Customer selects one card of their choosing, which is then revealed to show their prize for that day. Once a card has been selected and revealed, the Customer's entry for that day is complete and no further selections may be made until the next daily reset.
1.1.4. One Pack per Customer per day. The selection of a card is final and cannot be reversed or amended once made.
1.2 Eligibility
1.2.1. The following Customers are not eligible to participate in the Daily Prize Draw:
1.2.1.1. Customers who are self-excluded from the Mobile Application under Clause 23 or who are registered with GAMSTOP (www.gamstop.co.uk) in accordance with Clause 23.6; Customers who self-excluded from a specific product, will have access to the Daily Prize Draw, but their prizes will be aligned with their product access.
1.2.1.2. Customers whose Accounts are suspended, restricted, or excluded from promotional activity; and
1.2.2. We reserve the right to remove access to the Daily Prize Draw from any individual Account at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. The removal of access does not affect any prizes that have already been won and confirmed on that Account prior to removal.
1.3 Prizes
1.3.1. Prizes available within each daily Draw may include free bets, cash, free spins, or no prize. Each prize type is subject to its own limits, minimum conditions, and any specific terms applicable to that prize type.
1.3.2. Free bet prizes are subject to the terms, including the requirement that the free bet stake will not be included in any return.
1.3.3. Cash prizes will be credited to your Account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to our standard withdrawal terms set out in Clause 12.
1.3.4. Free spins prizes are subject to any game restrictions and minimum conditions notified to you at the time of award.
1.3.5. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for an alternative prize.
1.3.6 Prizes will usually be credited to your Account instantly upon card selection. In some cases, crediting may take up to 24 hours. If a prize has not been credited within 24 hours of your card selection, please contact our customer services team in accordance with Clause 25.
1.3.7. Each prize is subject to an expiry date, which will be displayed at the time the prize is awarded. Prizes not used before the applicable expiry date will be forfeited.
1.4 Fraud and Misuse
1.4.1. The restrictions set out in Clause 13 apply to the Daily Prize Draw. In addition, we may disqualify any entry and withhold or recover any prize where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Customer has:
1.4.1. Prizes obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct are void. We may recover the value of such prizes from any balance held in the Customer's Account in accordance with Clause 19.1.
1.5 Changes and Cancellation
1.5.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Daily Prize Draw at any time in accordance with Clause 24.1. Where reasonably practicable we will provide advance notice via the Stakemate app or by email to the address registered on your Account. No liability arises from such modification, suspension or cancellation beyond any prize already confirmed as won prior to the effective date of such change.
1.5.2. We may amend these terms at any time. Amended terms take effect from the date of publication. Your continued participation in the Daily Prize Draw following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
Stakemate Rewards Club
1. About these terms
Rewards Club is a loyalty feature operated by Bet Theory (Malta) Limited, trading as Stakemate (“Stakemate”, “we”, “us”).
These are the complete terms for Rewards Club. Everything that applies to Rewards Club is set out below. Stakemate's general promotion terms do not apply, and you do not need to read any other promotion terms to understand this offer.
Stakemate's Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and safer gambling arrangements continue to apply to your account as a whole, and to any bet you place using a Rewards Club Free Bet.
We will tell you about Rewards Club in the app, and by email or notification if you have chosen to hear from us.
2. Definitions
Points — the units you earn through qualifying activity. Points measure progress only and have no monetary value.
Badge — also shown in the app as a shield. A Badge is one step within a Level. Filling every Badge in a Level completes that Level.
Level — a defined Points threshold. Reaching this threshold completes the Level and triggers that Level's Reward.
Track — the set of Levels, Points thresholds and Rewards that applies to you. Different customers may be on different Tracks.
Qualifying Bet — a real-money sports bet over the odds of 2.0 (1/1) or greater and complies with Stakemate's Betting Rules and Terms and Conditions.
Free Bet — a bet placed using free bet funds credited by us.
Rewards Club account — the record of your Points balance, Level and Rewards on a given Track.
Reward – a benefit made available to you when you complete a Level.
3. Eligibility
You must hold a Stakemate account that is registered and fully age and address verified.
You must be resident in Great Britain and your account must be a Great Britain account.
Rewards Club is being released to a limited group of customers. If you are not included, Rewards Club will simply not appear in your app. This does not affect any other promotion you are eligible for.
You are not eligible if your account is self-excluded, subject to a time-out, or frozen, restricted, deactivated or closed for anti-money laundering, safer gambling or accountsecurity reasons.
Only one Rewards Club account is permitted per person, per household, as per general terms and conditions.
Rewards Club is currently available on sports betting only.
4. Opting in and opting out
You join Rewards Club by opening the Rewards tab, selecting Get Started and confirming Opt In.
Opting in means you accept these terms. Until you opt in, you earn no Points, and bets placed before you opt indo not earn Points retrospectively.
Opting in to Rewards Club is not conditional on you consenting to receive marketing. You may take part in Rewards Club without giving marketing consent, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time without losing your Points, Level or Rewards.
You can leave Rewards Club at any time by contacting support@stakemate.com. Leaving does not affect your cash balance, and any Free Bet already credited to you remains valid until it expires.
5. How you earn Points
5.1 Qualifying activity
Points are earned on real-money sports bets and non betting activities such as opting into the program.
Points are awarded at three moments: when you place a Qualifying Bet and when a Qualifying Bet is settled as a win.
Bets placed using Free Bet funds, bonus funds or any other promotional credit do not earn Points.
No additional Points are awarded on a losing bet beyond those already awarded at placement.
No additional Points are awarded on a bet that is cashed out, in full or in part, beyond those already awardedat placement.
Points already awarded at placement are not removed if the bet loses or is cashed out.
Bets that are voided, cancelled or made null for any reason, including a palpable error, do not earn Points. Any Points already awarded for such a bet will be removed.
Where a bet is partially settled, Points are calculated on the settled portion only.
Where a bet is resettled, Points are neither removed or added, except where required to correct a manifest error.
5.2 How Points are calculated
Points are calculated from your stake, the number of selections in the bet, and the outcome of the bet. The calculation is the same for every customer on the same Track.
Points awarded on placement are based on stakes along with how many selections are made.
Points awarded on a win are based on stakes along with how many selections are made.
6. Levels, Badges and Tracks
Points fill a row of Badges. Filling every Badge in a row completes that Level.
Each Level has its own points threshold. Thresholds are not the same for every Level and generally increaseas you progress.
Your Track sets your Level thresholds and your Rewards. Your current Level, your Points balance and the next three Levels ahead of you are shown in the Rewards tab.
Different customers may be placed on different Tracks, with different thresholds and Rewards. Track allocation is made by us and is not something you can choose.
You cannot move between Tracks. Your Track does not change once you have been placed on it.
Where a single bet earns enough Points to complete more than one Level, every Level completed is credited, together with the Reward attached to each of those Levels.
Your Level does not expire, decrease or reset through inactivity while Rewards Club is running.
Rewards depend on the Points you earn, not on how long you play for or how often. There is no minimum period you must stay in Rewards Club, and reaching a Level sooner does not reduce the Reward you receive for it.
Your Points history is final once recorded. We do not recalculate Points that have already been awarded, and any change to a Track applies to future activity only, unless there are manifest errors, as per section 5.1 and section 11.
7. Rewards
Completing a Level does not automatically credit the Reward attached to that Level. Rewards are credited to your Free Bets wallet as soon as you visit the Rewards Club Tab.
The Reward attached to each Level, and the Rewards attached to subsequent Levels, are shown in the Rewards tab before you reach them.
A Level's Reward is awarded once only. Completing the same Level again, for any reason, does not award a second Reward.
There is no cash alternative to any Reward, and Rewards cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or gifted.
8. Points balances
Points are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable between accounts.
Points are not a deposit and are not held as customer funds. They are not protected in the event of insolvency.
Points do not expire while Rewards Club is running and you remain opted in.
If your Stakemate account is closed for any reason, your Rewards Club account closes with it and any unused Points are removed. However, if you have earned Free Bets and your account is closed, the value of the Free Bet shall be transferred to withdrawable cashbalance.
9. Free Bet terms
Free Bets require a minimum of 2 selections at minimum odds of 2.0 (1/1).
The Free Bet stake is not returned in your winnings. If you place a £5 Free Bet at odds of 4.0 and it wins, you receive £15, not £20.
Free Bets expire 7 days after being credited. The expiry date for each Free Bet is shown in your Free Bets wallet.
Free Bets must be used in a single bet. They cannot be split across several bets and any unused value is lost.
No wagering requirement applies to winnings from a Free Bet. Once winnings are credited to your cash balance, they are yours to use or withdraw as you wish, subject to our general terms and to standard verification checks.
Where you hold both cash and Free Bet funds, cash is used first unless you select the Free Bet.
Free Bets cannot be used as a Qualifying Bet for any other promotion, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say otherwise.
A bet placed with a Free Bet that is voided, cancelled or cashed out does not return the Free Bet, unless the void arises from our error.
Free Bet funds themselves cannot be withdrawn.
Taking part in Rewards Club places no restriction on withdrawing money you have deposited. You may withdraw your cash balance at any time, subject to our general terms and standard verification checks, and doing so does not forfeit your Points, your Level or any Free Bet already credited to you.
Free Bets are personal to you and cannot be transferred.
10. Changes, suspension and withdrawal
Rewards Club runs until we give notice that it is closing. There is no fixed end date at present.
We may change these terms,change how Points are earned, change Level thresholds or change Rewards. We will give you 7 days notice in the app or by email before any change that is to your disadvantage.
Any change applies to future activity only. It will never reduce a Points balance you have already earned, remove a Level you have already reached, or cancel a Reward you have already been credited.
If you have already qualified for a Reward, a change to or withdrawal of Rewards Club will not affect that Reward.
We may suspend Rewards Club immediately and without notice where we need to for legal, regulatory, security or technical reasons. We will restore it as soon as we reasonably can and will tell you what happened.
We may suspend or end your participation in Rewards Club if you breach these terms or Stakemate's Terms and Conditions of Use. We will only do so where it is a proportionate response to what has happened.
If we close Rewards Club, we will give you 14 days notice, during which you can continue to earn and use your Rewards. Any Free Bet credited before closure remains valid until its own expiry date.
11. Errors and fair use
We may remove Points or reverse Rewards where Points or Rewards were awarded as a result of an error or technical malfunction.
We may remove Points, reverse Rewards or suspend or end your participation in Rewards Club where we identify activity that we reasonably consider constitutes fraud, collusion or bonus abuse, defined in our General Terms and Conditions.
